Yes, Erwin.... It is your bird. I fixed it in PSE 10, although any version of Photoshop or PSE would work.

First... I expanded the size of the canvas downward using image-resize. This, to allow room for the added sky and wing tip. I then filled in the new empty space with sky by using the clone stamp.

I then selected his good wing tip with the rectangular selection tool and copied it. I then pasted it into a new blank file that I created with file-new. There I flipped it horizontally, selected it, and copied it again. I went back to the original file and pasted the wing tip into it. It doesn't matter where.

Then, with the move tool, I positioned the new tip so that it would line up with the lower wing. The move tool allows you to make many adjustments including rotating the tip and changing it's size so that it looks natural. Finally, I used various tools such as the clone stamp, smudge tool and blur tool to make adjustments so that the sky and wing would blend well. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure if you have either PS or PSE. If you have neither, I would suggest that PSE would be a good investment if you have the time and inclination for this kind of work.

Mandrake

ps... for the record: I am not a doctor, medical or otherwise. My "joke" just referred to the fact that I healed the bird by fixing his wing.

Erwin I like the first shot. You do not seem to understand Mandrake's first point that you might get yelled at. Your pictures are way above the recommended size for the site, you will have to resize them or risk being deleted by the administrator.
Either way nice photos.

Too bad we don't have access on deletion, I have a different angle for this bird but I just thought that this is the closest shot and yes it is 180mm not 1800 I don't have for that kind of lens lol.

You're gonna get yelled at.
Second shot is 300mm, f/11 and 1/125 (They're in your property details.)
Third shot is 180mm, not 1800 (That would be something.)

Liking the first best by far.
It's a shame the bird's wing got clipped.
You could photoshop the tip of his other wing and some sky.
Wouldn't be easy. You would have to copy and flip the tip before stamping it.
