 Actually, there are no flowers in the image, just leaves and seeds.<br />
 The maple tree pods flutter to the ground on their little wings which brings them some distance from the tree.<br />
 Isn't nature grand?</p>

<p>I m amazed that this lens does take clear shots even at 300mm too....</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>This is out of camera with no post.<br />
 D5100, 55-300mm lens at 300mm, f/8, 1/60 sec, ISO-100, matrix metering, tripod, timed release, no wind.</p>
<p>In this shot the bokeh was caused by the long focal length and the relatively short distance<br />
 to the pods, rather than a very wide aperture.  This method gives greater depth of field.</p>
