I like the dark look in contrast to soft duckling. His expression is so mean, but so cute at the same time. He kind of looks like he is a character from some cartoon.

I played around with the image in Photoshop and Lr a little.
I did apply mild paint to soften the look, and, did a little darkening and
highlighting also.
After I posted this shot I did play around with the highlights some more
and brightened it up a little. I think it turned out pretty good in the end.
