I'm really satisfied with the color reproduction and intensity of my D7000.
I do adjust in post if necessary and sometimes I actually pull the color back
a little and I always shoot in Standard so it's not like my settings are Vivid or
Landscape. Canon cameras have great color reproduction but what I do like
about Nikon is their faithful colors and realistic skin tones.
Wether you use a Canon or a Nikon or a Sony, Pentax etc. all cameras are capable
of rendering a spectacular images if you take the time to make sure it happens.
