D5200 vs D7000? Hello! The D7000 is a no brainer when it comes to DX Nikon!!!
I would rather save money and get the D5100 body only rather than the D5200.
Check out the price of the D7000 now - I paid about $1200 2 years ago for body only and
added the optional 35mm prime at another $275 plus 12% taxes added. Do the math!
Look up Ken Rockwell and read his reviews on Nikon D7000 - I think you will forget the D5200!
Mandrake - The top picture is of a Cedar Waxwing. Primary breeding grounds are Southern Canada
and Northern USA. Middle picture is of (I believe) a species of Chickadee that is quite common in the
Pacific Northwest.
The Waxwing was a lucky shot. It landed, I raised the camera and fired off a shot and it was gone.
Thank God for fast autofocus on the lens or I would have missed it.
I love the second photo (bird). It's sharp (clear in focus).. The composition is right on point and the blurred background is perfect.

I personally think these little creatures are quite nice looking.
First two were taken @ 300mm and the butterfly @ 35mm
