I just would suggest to brighten images a bit in post. I seams a bit underexposed to me. Just try and you'll see what colors will pop more.

You could be right about that parrot!

They say that it does bite (so does the one in the

lower pic) so I guess if I go back I'll stay back a couple

of feet.

Eric - Thanks for the comment - I had to crop the hell out

of that shot because a lot of people were in the way so I

think I was lucky to get a decent result. Would much rather

have been closer but that wasn't going to happen.

one of a parrot (believe it or not) digging a hole

with it's beak that is going to be its future nesting

spot.

They say that parrots live a long time - well, I think

this one was around in the 60's and was heavy into

the recreational drug scene - brain damaged now and

thinks its a groundhog or something!
