<p>No, I was referring to the tiny white spots on the facets of the ruby.  <br />
I found them to be slightly distracting.<br />

<p>You should try it Mandrake. You need to look for any dust accumulation on the rear sides of lens though. A reverse ring would be nice to have. </p>

<p>My first reverse macro attempt with my 50mm 1.8D … its a little sparkly thing caught my eye… also posted the full figure , for size comparison.  (just a point and shoot) <img alt=":)" src="http://easy-exposure.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" /></p>
<p>ISO 320       1/125       No aperture data  😀 (was moving the aperture lever by finger- so think it was around f/4 ?? </p>
