Lightroom is great for keeping track of the changes made to an image.

According to the history log:

Preset: Cross Process 3 (from the ones that come with lightroom 4)
Contrast +24
Highlights -100
Shadows +17
White clipping +30
Black clipping -15
Post-crop vignette amount -26

To answer another question in this thread, her head is against the wooden beam, and at f/4, it is in focus.
