Go to Youtube and type in jaredpolin d7000.
He has two tutorials (about 30 minutes each) explaining
in detail the ins and outs of the D7000. I learned a lot while
watching those videos a couple of years ago and they are
still available and still very much worth watching.

I need to ask some tip about how you setup the D7000 , Now I have one and I belive that I would done better deal , if I would waited for D5200 which has speed 3 sensor.
So which is the best way to interchange knowledge about the topic via mail direct or posted in the blog?

Your metadata say it is Nikon D5000. That is why I thought so. It is better to post here in forum, so others can see too.
