I like their poses, face expressions and shallow DoF. If I would want to improve these pics, I would brighten up their faces a bit and also think about composition and subject placement in the frame. I noticed that you like to place your subject in the middle. I suggest to try to use the rule of third.
Also the third photo is obviously overexposed. Her hat is completely blown out.
