I do like that her hair is the primary focus. Unusual, but I think it works as her eyes are hidden.

and, perhaps, greatly darken the chair behind her so that it blends with the background.

I will work on the watermark. I just used what was in Lightroom 4 and didn't really know what I was doing. I will make it smaller.

As for the background, I will do that in future. I didn't even notice it before you mentioned it and now that is all that I see haha.
