<p>I got pretty much the same result in Lightroom 5.</p>
<p>I reduced saturation to 0 and increased highlights +70 with the adjustment brush on the "scleras" (had to look it up, lol).</p>
<p>I assume you were in photoshop.</p>

I am not a huge fan of HDR in general, but I guess it make colors pop here. The thing which kind of bothers me here is blue/green color in her eye where it suppose to be white). Try to remove that and see what happens. </p>

<p>post process of both files was done in hdr nfex 2 , photoshop, lightroom4. but with different views....</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I am assuming that the first is the "Normal" and the second is the "Hdr".</p>
<p>You've done an unusually good job of controlling the HDR effect in a portrait.<br />
 Most that I've seen are overdone and look unnatural.</p>
<p>Although I don't know that HDR would really be necessary, considering other post options,<br />
 your result is excellent.</p>
