I am not a Canon user, but I did find this discussion about what you are trying to do.
Make sure you read all the posts as at the end they talk about a program called "Picture Style Editor".

This doesn't look easy, but it is possible.

I am using a canon eos 1100d and I am trying to explore its features. Does anybody know if it is possible for me to highlight only one colour and rest in black and white by selecting a proper picture style? If yes, can somebody guide me how do i do this?

Thanks

Muneer.... What is the speed of your memory card? It should be at least class 6.
Class 10 is even better, but probably not necessary for your camera.
I would use the SanDisk brand.
4 gb is enough but memory is cheap these days.

If you're buying new go with SanDisk Extreme HC1
45MB/s 16gb Class 10.
It's fast and will hold up to 4 hours of movies.

Here's the Amazon link. It will cost you $20.

srbaniya... I'm thinking you are working with a zoom lens with a variable aperture. The maximum aperture would change with what focal length you have it set to. The longer the focal length the smaller maximum aperture opening, (and larger f/number).
