Hello everybody

I chose to play safe and processed the image with PS Camera RAW then applied a Oil Paint filter to it.

Now it looks like a painting.

I tried to add some lights ,enhance the shadows of the car and put some color effects to your image , it is a great image mandrake nice work

The hardest part of this edit was correcting lens distortion and still getting the foreground (see traffic island) into the image.

It was very hard this time , the image had some damages specially in the sky , the whites in some areas are more than it should be , also wide angel view need to be adjusted and very hard to add ideas
